1Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once dispatched.
  • Orders cannot be modified or cancelled after they have been dispatched.

3Discreet Packaging

  • All orders are shipped in plain, discreet packaging with no pharmaceutical labeling on the exterior.
  • The sender name will not reference any pharmacy or medical product.
  • Inner packaging ensures products are protected during transit.

4Customs & Import Duties

  • International orders may be subject to customs inspection and import duties.
  • All customs fees and import taxes are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
  • It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure products are legal to import in their country.

5Order Tracking

  • Tracking is available in My Account → My Orders once your order is shipped.
  • Tracking may not update for 5-7 days after dispatch during international transit.
  • If tracking shows no updates for more than 14 days, please contact us.

6Lost or Damaged Packages

  • For lost packages, contact us within 60 days of the estimated delivery date.
  • For damaged packages, photograph the damage and contact us within 7 days of receipt.
  • We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
