1Order Processing

3Discreet Packaging

- The sender name will not reference any pharmacy or medical product.

4Customs & Import Duties
- International orders may be subject to customs inspection and import duties.

5Order Tracking
- Tracking is available in My Account → My Orders once your order is shipped.
- Tracking may not update for 5-7 days after dispatch during international transit.
- If tracking shows no updates for more than 14 days, please contact us.
6Lost or Damaged Packages
- For lost packages, contact us within 60 days of the estimated delivery date.
- For damaged packages, photograph the damage and contact us within 7 days of receipt.
- We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
